How website analysis works

In this article: which pages AdBuilder reads, what the AI extracts from them and how you complete the result.

CrawlingYour website is read

AdBuilder visits up to about 50 pages of your site. It follows your sitemap and internal links and gives priority to the pages that say the most about your offering (such as about-us, services, products and contact). Pages like privacy policy, terms, shopping cart and login are skipped.

AnalysisWhat the AI extracts

From the most important pages, the AI derives the building blocks for your campaigns. Everything is written in the language of your project, except your brand name (which stays exactly as it is).

  • Brand name, industry and audience.
  • Themes, products or services and USPs.
  • Tone of voice.
  • Suggested negative keywords.
  • Your location and surrounding towns, plus short service terms for local campaigns.

You decideYou review and complete

The analysis is a strong starting point, not an endpoint. In the wizard you confirm what is correct, remove what does not fit and add what is missing. That way the campaign stays yours.

TroubleshootingWhen the analysis disappoints

If the AI does not recognize your offering well, check a few things:

  • The AI only reads public pages. If your most important content is behind a login or in images without text, it is not included.
  • If your site is very small or brand new, provide extra context when starting your project; that free text is weighed in as a supplement to the analysis.
  • Something not right? Just adjust it in the wizard. Your corrections drive the rest of the generation.
