CollaborationInvite your colleagues
If you work with multiple people, you invite colleagues to your team and manage everything under one subscription. Each team member has their own login; you decide which role someone gets and which accounts they can access. This way, everyone works to the same build and management standard, without sharing passwords.
InvitingInvite someone
You send invitations from Settings > Team. Enter the email address, choose the role (admin or member), and confirm. Your colleague receives an email with an invitation link valid for 14 days; as soon as they log in with that email address, they're part of your team. You can revoke a pending invitation at any time.
RolesOwner, admin, and member
There are three roles. The owner manages the team, all accounts, and billing. An admin can manage the team and all accounts, but doesn't have access to billing. A member only sees and manages the accounts you assign to them.
AccountsAssign accounts to members
Owners and admins see all of the team's accounts. By default, a member sees nothing until you grant access per account. In the Team tab, you select per member which accounts they can view and manage. If you revoke an assignment, access is removed immediately.
SeatsSeats and your subscription
Each subscription includes a number of seats (team members). If you've reached the limit, remove a member first or upgrade your subscription to invite someone new. If a downgrade puts you over your seat count, the newest members are temporarily paused until space becomes available again; the owner always retains access. Paused members are notified and automatically restored as soon as you upgrade or free up a seat.
ManagementManage members and invitations
In the Team tab, you can change a role, remove a member (access is revoked immediately), or cancel a pending invitation. A removed member keeps their own AdBuilder account; they only lose access to your team's accounts.
