Managing, cancelling your subscription and invoices

Switch plans, cancel at the end of your period, and find your invoices and payment method.

SwitchingSwitching plans

You can adjust your plan as your client base or your needs change. If you switch plans, the new rate takes effect at the next renewal. There is no pro-rata settlement for the current period.

CancellingHow you cancel

You cancel in the app. Go to Settings, then Subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. You provide a reason when doing so.

You cancel at the end of your current period, not immediately. Until then you keep full access to all features. As long as the subscription is still running, you can undo the cancellation with Keep subscription.

AfterwardsWhat happens after it ends

When your period ends, you fall back to the demo. You can then no longer publish or optimize.

Your campaigns simply remain in your Google Ads account. AdBuilder does not delete or archive anything, and your AdBuilder projects continue to exist. If you later take out a subscription again, you pick up where you left off.

InvoicesInvoices and payment method

You manage your invoices and your payment method via the payment portal. There you find your invoices and adjust your payment details.
