CrawlThe analysis of your site fails
If crawling does not work, that is often because the given page is unreachable or behind a login. AdBuilder only reads public pages, so it cannot view a private environment.
In that case, provide a different, publicly reachable URL, for example your homepage or a product page. You can also add extra context as free text, so AdBuilder understands your offering well even without a full crawl.
PublishingPublishing fails or something is disapproved
If something goes wrong during publishing, AdBuilder shows the message with the relevant component. Errors are caught per line, so the rest of your campaign simply continues; only the line with the error is left behind.
Resolve the message, for example a keyword or setting that Google rejects, and publish again. Because publishing is incremental, only your changes come along and no duplicate campaigns arise. If publishing stopped halfway, AdBuilder picks up where it left off.
DisapprovalsAn ad was disapproved by policy
Disapproved ads are not handled during publishing. They then appear as a separate recommendation under Optimize, where you see exactly what is going on and can fix the ad in one go. After the fix, the ad is resubmitted for review.
ConnectionThe connection with your account has expired
If publishing or fetching no longer works, the connection with your Google Ads account may have expired. Reconnect your account via the Google login. After that, AdBuilder can create and update directly in your account again, and you pick up where you left off.
