Turning it onA toggle at creation
If you are a non-profit with a Google Ad Grants account, turn on Grants mode when starting your project. AdBuilder then adapts the generation to the most important Grants rules.
What AdBuilder enforcesTwo rules that apply automatically
The mode enforces two requirements, both in the generation and as a safety net in storage and during edits:
- At least 2 words per keyword. Single-word keywords are blocked.
- A maximum CPC (cost per click) of 2 euro. Higher bids are reset to that maximum everywhere.
Your responsibilityWhat AdBuilder does not monitor for you
Important: AdBuilder does not cover all requirements of the Ad Grants program. The following rules remain your own responsibility. If you do not comply with them, your non-profit can lose the grant.
- The click-through rate (CTR) of at least 5% per month.
- The program’s quality score requirements.
- The account structure requirements: at least 2 ad groups per campaign and at least 2 ads per ad group.
- Setting up sitelinks and geo-targeting.
- Mandatory, working conversion tracking.
