You set the language of your ads per project. That choice is separate from the language of your website: you could, for example, have a Dutch-language site and still build a German or French campaign. That way you serve multiple markets from a single account.
AdBuilder writes natively in each language, so written per market and not translated. Character limits, punctuation and tone are handled per language, so your headlines and descriptions sound natural and stay within Google’s limits.
