Publishing to Google Ads

How publishing to Google Ads works

Directly into your account, without import or copy-paste, and always deliberate.

DirectNo import, but directly into your account

There is no CSV export or import step. AdBuilder creates your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads and extensions directly in your connected account. Afterwards you get a direct link to your account, so you can immediately check what is there.

You decide what goes liveThe status follows your choice

What you publish follows the On/Off status in AdBuilder. That is the same as Enabled and Paused in Google Ads: components set to "On" enter the account enabled and can therefore actually spend money, and components on "Off" enter the account paused and spend nothing.

If there are enabled campaigns among them, AdBuilder asks for an explicit confirmation before anything goes live. That way spending never starts unintentionally.

Per lineOne error does not block the rest

Publishing happens component by component. If one line gets stuck, for example a keyword that Google rejects, AdBuilder keeps the error with that one line and the rest of the batch simply continues. So you do not have to start over from scratch if something goes wrong somewhere.

TroubleshootingWhen publishing stops halfway

If publishing fails halfway, AdBuilder does not automatically roll anything back. It stops and shows you exactly what has already been created. If you resolve the message and publish again, that does not result in duplicate campaigns: each campaign is saved as soon as it is finished, so AdBuilder picks up where it left off and only finishes what is still missing.

If an ad is disapproved by Google’s policy, that does not happen during publishing. The disapproval then appears as a separate recommendation under Optimize, where you can fix it in one go.
